Robots for warehouses, distribution and manufacturing

Courier S100 moves up to 100kg per load on repeatable routes between pick faces, packing and dispatch, while Kleenbot robots keep aisles clean around continuous operations.

The challenge

What warehouse operators are up against

01

Walking time is wasted time

Operatives can spend a large part of every shift pushing trolleys between zones, time that adds nothing to throughput.

02

Peak labour is scarce and expensive

Seasonal peaks depend on temporary staff who are harder to find, slower to train and costlier every year.

03

Housekeeping slips when it's busy

Dust, packaging debris and spills build up fastest exactly when nobody has time to clean, which is a safety and audit risk.

Use cases

Where robots fit in warehouse

Point-to-point stock transport

Courier S100's open deck carries trolleys, crates and equipment up to 100kg between fixed points: goods-in to storage, pick faces to packing, packing to dispatch.

Empties and returns loops

Set the S100 on a continuous loop bringing empty totes, crates and cages back to where they're needed, so pickers never have to fetch their own.

Multi-shift operation

A 15-second hot-swap battery option keeps the Courier S100 running across long and back-to-back shifts without waiting to recharge.

Aisle and floor cleaning

Kleenbot C40 sweeps, scrubs and dries hard floors in a single pass. The C30 covers dry sweeping and vacuuming of aisles that don't need a wet scrub.

Breakroom drinks

Xbot Lite gives night and weekend shifts proper hot drinks without a vending contract, and needs no plumbing.

The warehouse line-up

Every lease includes delivery, set-up, staff training, maintenance and support.

Why lease

Why warehouse businesses lease rather than buy

Automate without a capital project

Start automating repetitive moves without a large capex approval or a long integration programme.

Scale with contracts

Add Courier S100 units as volumes or client contracts grow, on 12 to 36 month terms.

Uptime is our job

Maintenance and support are included in the monthly price.

FAQs

Warehouse robot leasing questions

Is the Courier S100 a forklift replacement?

No. It's built for loads up to 100kg (trolleys, crates, totes and equipment), not pallets. It takes over the frequent, lighter moves that tie up people on foot.

Does it need infrastructure installed?

We map your site and set routes during installation. Any site-specific requirements, such as floor condition or route widths, are confirmed at the site survey before you sign.

Can it run around the clock?

Yes. With the hot-swap battery option, a battery change takes around 15 seconds, so the robot can stay on its route across multiple shifts.

Will the cleaning robots work on warehouse concrete?

Kleenbot C40 and C30 are designed for hard floors, including sealed concrete, and navigate around racking, people and equipment. We confirm suitability for your floor during the survey.
