How leasing works

One monthly cost. No large purchase.

Leasing a robot from Leasebots works like leasing a vehicle or office equipment: you pay a fixed monthly amount for the term of the agreement, and maintenance and support are built into that price. Here's exactly how it works, end to end.

Leasing

Lower monthly cost, hardware + maintenance + support bundled, upgrade at renewal, hand back at end of term, preserves cash and credit lines, cost is fully operational (OPEX).

Buying outright

Higher upfront cost, you own ageing hardware, maintenance is a separate cost you arrange yourself, resale value falls over time, cost is capital (CAPEX).

What's included in your lease

The robot

Delivered, installed and configured for your site before you're billed for full service.

Maintenance & support

Servicing is built into the monthly cost — a fault is a support call, not an invoice.

Staff training

Your team is shown how to operate, restock and handle day-to-day use before go-live.

Frequently asked questions

How long are lease terms?

Most robots are offered on 12-month terms; larger units such as the Xbot S Pro coffee robot run on 36-month terms. We can discuss shorter or longer terms depending on your needs.

What happens at the end of the lease?

You can hand the robot back, renew onto a newer model, or discuss a buyout — whichever suits your business at that point.

Is maintenance really included?

Yes — servicing and technical support are built into your monthly lease cost rather than billed separately.

Can I lease more than one robot?

Yes. Most customers start with one or two units and add more once the robot has proven itself on-site.
